These terms cover your use of Smart Up: this website and the app at app.smart-up.net. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Smart Up does

Smart Up designs, builds and hosts landing pages from the brief you give us, and collects the enquiries your visitors send through the page's form.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give us accurate information about your business.

Your content

You keep the rights to the text, logos and photos you give us. You confirm you are allowed to use them, and you let us use them to design, build and host your page.

Payment, revisions and hosting

Prices are listed on the pricing page. Each plan is paid once per page and includes the rounds of changes and the hosting period it lists. Hosting then renews yearly.

Acceptable use

Do not use Smart Up for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, or to collect information from people without their consent.

Refunds, liability and ending the service
